The YHM Nielsen Booster Assembly replaces the HUB compatible adapter on a YHM Sound suppressor or any other suppressor on the market which utilizes the 1-3/8″-24 thread. They are designed to be used on handguns and barrels which require a Nielsen Booster.

Was scouring the interwebs looking for a booster for my Rugged Alaskan. Spent half a day looking looking online for a vendor. Six pages of web related vendors all out of stock, local vendors out of stock. Ordered from YHM and had it in two days! Fits like a glove. Excellent service.

The booster was reasonably priced and shipped quickly. It was a great addition to my R9 suppressor. With the booster and other direct mount hub, I have a very modular system.

Booster for R9 Suppressor

I have a YHM R9 suppressor and run it on my S&W M&P 2.0 (9mm). Using the suppressor by itself doesn’t allow for full ejection of the casing, therefore the gun will not fully cycle. The booster easily attaches to the suppressor and allows for successful semi-automatic fire with the suppressor. Make sure you buy the piston as well, which is part # YHM-2060.
